The panel-mounted dosing systems DULCODOS® panel consists of standard versions that can be enlarged by popular options such as reduced-pulsation dosing and suction aid with the capability of gauging the capacity by litres.
The standard versions are equipped in a way to ensure safe operation. The metering pump is installed as plug & play version on a basic plate with integrated drip pan. An overflow valve protects the piping from inadmissibly high fuel-line pressures. Two rinsing connections allow rinsing of the pump after its metering task.

POLYMORE for liquid Polyelectrolytes

POLYMORE is an in-line polymer preparation station for the processing

of liquid polymers. Using a peristaltic pump, the liquid polymer is metered

into the multi-zone mixer unit to the diluent water and processed into a

homogeneous and effective polymer solution. The unit was designed.

Coagulants

PROGEN 180 – This coagulant is used where tolerance towards pH fluctuation is desirable. Its common used in waste water treatment.

PROGEN 108– This product is aluminum sulphate base and is common used when better coagulation properties are desirable.

PROGEN 40 FC – Aluminum free product and specially used in treating high colour and high heavy metal content wastewater

PROGEN 8020 – High charged, and molecular weight semi organic coagulant useful in tile process waste water to reduce the sludge volume

Aluminum Sulphate – A very common and low price coagulant

Poly Aluminum Chloride – A replacement product of Aluminum Sulphate due to the advantage of a wider pH working range and dosage used.

Ferric Sulphate – this coagulant is generally used in special cases

Polyacrylamide – This is a special range of polymers suitable for flocculation in the clarification of waste water.

A6516 – Anionic Polymer and used in clarification process. They are medium charge and molecular weight.

C240 – Cationic Polymer special for sludge dewatering.

N682 – Nonionic Polymer suitable for river water treatment

Polyamines – This range of products are true liquid products and are easily miscible with water

Polydamac – This range of products are superior for clarification in certain types of water.

PROCOOL 110 (Oxidizing Microbiocide) – Used in open recirculation cooling system in control microorganism such as bacteria, algae, slime forming bacteria and other microorganism which cause heat exchanger and water line choke up if left uncontrolled

PROCOOL 310 (Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor) – Used as a corrosion and scale inhibitor. Consist of phosphorus compound which has the abilities in providing a complete protection on the cooling system against corrosion. Meanwhile, the synthetic polymer compound in PROCOOL 310 has the dispersing property to protect the cooling system from fouling and choking due to scale and solids accumulated in the system.

PROCOOL 370 (Dispersant and anti foulant) – Control deposit from hardness salt, organic substances, iron and biological substances. Provides full protection on the cooling system from fouling and deposits problem though its crystal distortion property.

PROCOOL 810 (Broad Spectrum Microbiocide) – A non- oxidizing micro biocide used to remove biofilm and inhibit re-growth. This product kills aerobic and anaerobic microorganism in fast acting.

PROHOT 200L (Catalyzed Oxygen Scavenger) – A liquid type inorganic oxygen scavenger consisting sulphite and catalyst for use in boiler treatment to protect the boiler metal surfaces against pitting caused by free dissolved oxygen in the boiler water. PROHOT 200L is nontoxic and suitable for use in boiler for food and edible products industries.

PROHOT 306 (Alkalinity Booster and Sludge Dispersant) – A strong alkaline solution mixed with polymer dispersant used as alkalinity control in boiler water treatment.  It has the properties in preventing hardness deposit precipitation in the boiler tubes and internal metal surfaces. It can be used to control silica precipitation as well. This product is approved under FDA and can be used in food and beverage industries as steam boiler additives

PROHOT 450 (Liquid Type Scale and Deposit Inhibitor) – This product is a complex inorganic phosphate compound blended with organic antifoam used in boiler water treatment as scale inhibitor and hardness sequester. It is used to inhibit the formation of hardness scale (such as calcium and magnesium carbonate) in the boiler by modifying these substances to hardness-phosphate deposits, which is less adhering and removable by means of blow down.  Due to its deflocculating and sequestering abilities, it also performs a good control on iron and copper deposits. PROHOT 450 is effective in almost all the pH range and temperature.  The content in PROHOT 450 is approved under FDA thus recommended for used in treating the boiler for food and edible products industries. Pools which turns turbid (cloudy) due to fine suspended solids may be clarified using PROGEN 108.  The addition of PROGEN 108 will cause suspended solids to agglomerate and grow in size so that they may settle faster, rendering the pool clear again.

Hichlon 70G

Hichlon 70G is a white granular compound containing calcium hypochlorite as the principal ingredient.  It is specially purified to enable it to be used in swimming pools without clouding the water.  It is a rapid acting disinfectant providing a safe environment for swimming and recreational activities.

TCCA90

TCCA 90 is a white granular compound with a content of 90% chlorine available. It is being used as a swimming pool sanitizer.

Chlorine Tablet

Is a tablet compound designed for slow release of chlorine into the water.

Algae Killer

Is a powerful algaecide specially formulated for control of algae growth in ponds, lakes and swimming pools.  It is particularly useful in tropical climates where there is plenty of sunlight and warm temperatures.

Pool Tile Cleaner

This product is specially formulated to remove stubborn stains due to algae growth and other staining agents.

pH Remedy Plus

pH Remedy Plus is used to increase the pH of pools and spas whenever the pH of the water turns acidic

pH Remedy Minus

pH Remedy Minus is used to reduce the pH of pools and spas whenever the pH of the water becomes too alkaline
